What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us:
- Quote and contact form: your name, email address, business name, budget, the services you are interested in and your message.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- Emails and calls: anything you send us when you get in touch directly.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange a call.
- To carry out and manage work you ask us to do, including invoices and records.
- To send our monthly newsletter, only if you have signed up for it. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
Our lawful basis
We use your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to carry out that contract once you become a client. We keep business and accounting records to meet our legal obligations. We send the newsletter only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We only share it with the services we use to run the business, such as our website host (Webflow), our email provider and our accounting software, and only as far as needed. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we use providers that protect it with safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
If you enquire but do not become a client, we keep your details for up to 12 months and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep project and financial records for as long as the law requires, usually six years after the end of the tax year they relate to. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us to make a request. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
