Terms and conditions
The terms that apply when you work with us. Plain English, no surprises.
About these terms
These terms apply to all work carried out by Bright Spark Digital Design for you. Your quote sets out the work, price and timings for your project, and forms part of our agreement together with these terms. If your quote and these terms ever differ, the quote applies.

Quotes and prices
Every project is quoted at a fixed price before work starts, and quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices on our website and in quotes exclude VAT unless stated. If you ask for work that is not in your quote, we will agree the extra cost with you before doing it.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your quote. Invoices are due within 14 days unless your quote says otherwise. We may pause work or delay launch while an invoice is overdue.
What we need from you
You are responsible for giving us your text, images, logins and feedback in good time, and for making sure you have the right to use anything you supply. Delays in receiving content or feedback may move the launch date.
Design changes
Your package includes the rounds of changes listed in your quote. Further changes, or changes to the agreed plan after sign-off, can be quoted separately.
Hosting and domains
Your website is built in your own Webflow account. Webflow charges for hosting directly, and those charges are between you and Webflow. Your domain name stays registered in your name.
Ownership
Once your final invoice is paid in full, you own your website design, content and any logo we create for you. Until then, we keep ownership of the work. We may show your project in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to.
Care plans
Care plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time with notice before your next billing date. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month.
Cancelling
You can cancel a project by emailing us. You will pay for work completed up to that point, plus any costs we have already committed to on your behalf.
If you are buying as a consumer (not for your business), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing to the work, without giving a reason. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days and then cancel, you will pay for the work done up to the date you cancel.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to deliver work to a professional standard and will fix any errors in our work that you report within 30 days of launch, free of charge. We are not responsible for problems caused by third-party services such as Webflow, payment providers or your domain registrar, or for changes made to your site by anyone else. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
